The neuropsychiatric symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) are the most prevalent manifestations of lupus.[1]
Review of Symptoms
A comprehensive review of systems should be done, including asking about rashes, skin changes other than acne, ulcers, joint pain, joint swelling, hair loss, dry eyes, dry mouth, muscle pain, cardiovascular and respiratory symptoms. Other autoimmune symptoms include Raynaud's syndrome/phenomenon (fingers turning white in the cold).
