Levomilnacipran (Trade name: Fetzima) is an antidepressant in the serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) class used in the treatment of major depressive disorder.

Pharmacodynamics
- Its mechanism of action is slightly different from that of other SNRIs, because it has a noradrenergic effect even at the lower doses, plus a serotonergic effect. Levomilnacipran is in fact the most adrenergic of all the SNRIs.
Dosing
- It is available in an extended-release formulation for once a day administration.
